Filler for the Under-Eye Area
A solution for dark circles and hollows — for a fresher, more rested, and youthful look, using a delicate and precise technique.
What is under-eye filler?
The under-eye area is among the most delicate on the face and is often the first to show fatigue, lack of sleep, and volume loss. With carefully placed hyaluronic filler, we fill in hollows, smooth fine lines, and reduce the shadow that creates the appearance of dark circles.
For this delicate area we use specially formulated products with a fine consistency — Restylane Eyelight and Teosyal Redensity 2 — which provide a natural result with minimal risk of adverse reactions.
Who is the treatment suitable for?
The treatment is suitable for people with visible dark circles, hollow or uneven areas, and fine lines under the eyes. It is recommended from age 25 onward, to refresh the eye area with minimal invasiveness. It is not suitable for pronounced laxity (elastosis) of the lower eyelid skin or in the presence of under-eye bags.
Benefits of the treatment
- Restoring volume and smoothing the skin
- Reducing dark circles and a tired appearance
- Improved hydration in the area
- A fast, visible effect with minimal downtime
Safety and how we avoid complications
This area requires particular care and expertise due to its proximity to blood vessels and thin skin. Mild swelling, slight asymmetry, or a small bruise may occur and usually fade within 2–3 days. In rare cases, if the filler is placed too superficially, a bluish tint (the "Tyndall effect") can appear. To avoid this, we use a precise technique, a low-density filler, and a cannula when appropriate — for maximum precision and a natural result.
