PRP therapy
plasma lifting
Natural regeneration with your own blood plasma, rich in growth factors — for fresher, firmer skin and to stimulate hair growth.
What is PRP therapy?
PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) is a therapy using your own blood plasma, enriched with platelets. A small amount of blood is taken from the patient and centrifuged in order to separate the plasma, which is rich in platelets and growth factors. This plasma is returned to the skin or scalp through microinjections and activates the natural recovery processes — it stimulates the fibroblasts, the building of collagen and the microcirculation. Because the plasma comes entirely from your own body, it is completely natural and very well tolerated by the skin.
When is it used?
Skin rejuvenation (plasma lifting)
For denser, firmer and more radiant skin, smoothing of fine lines and an improvement in texture and complexion. It is often combined with microneedling for a more pronounced effect on skin quality.
Treatment of hair loss
To stimulate the hair follicles and produce thicker hair. Clinical studies show that PRP increases hair density in androgenetic alopecia, especially when treatment begins at an earlier stage.
How does the procedure work?
A small amount of blood is taken and centrifuged for a few minutes. The area is cleansed and, if needed, numbed, after which the plasma is introduced through fine microinjections or in combination with microneedling. Slight redness and sensitivity are possible and subside quickly.
How many treatments are needed?
A course of 3 treatments at intervals of around 4 weeks, followed by maintenance sessions, is usually recommended. The exact protocol is determined individually according to the goal and the condition of the skin or scalp.
