Nefertiti Lift — non-surgical contour of the jaw and neck

What is the Nefertiti Lift?

The platysma is a broad, superficial muscle of the neck that over time "pulls" the lower face downward, and the jawline gradually fades. In the Nefertiti Lift, we place small doses of botulinum toxin along the platysma and the lower jawline. The downward pull of the muscle is weakened, and the jawline is lifted and becomes more clearly defined — without surgery and without a recovery period. We use only certified brands — Botox®, Azzalure® / Alluzience® and Bocouture®.

Who is it suitable for?

  • An insufficiently defined or slightly sagging jawline
  • Prominent vertical bands on the neck (platysmal bands)
  • A wish for a more elegant profile without surgery

How is the procedure performed?

We apply a numbing cream and place Botox with a fine needle at several points along the lower jaw and the platysma. The procedure takes about 20 minutes and is comfortable. The result develops gradually — within about 2 weeks.

What to expect?

  • A more clearly defined and lifted jawline
  • A smoother neck and softened platysmal bands
  • A natural, elegant profile, with no scars or downtime

How long does the effect last?

Usually around 4–6 months. For a lasting result, the procedure is repeated 2–3 times a year.

When it is not suitable

  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding
  • Neuromuscular conditions (e.g. myasthenia)
  • Allergy to the ingredients
  • Active infections in the treated area

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does the Nefertiti Lift actually do?
It relaxes the platysma — the muscle that pulls the lower face downward. This lifts the sagging of the lower face and firms the neck.
Does it replace a surgical lift?
No. This is a delicate, non-surgical definition of the contour. With more pronounced skin laxity, other methods may also be discussed during the consultation.

What is the difference between Botox and Azzalure?
Both are botulinum toxin type A. Azzalure is an alternative brand — the choice is made individually during the consultation.

The procedure is performed under strict medical supervision by a qualified physician, in accordance with established medical protocols.
