What are skin boosters?
Skin boosters provide deep hydration, better elasticity, firmer skin and an even complexion. How is the procedure performed?
It is performed with microinjections or a cannula, depending on the product and the area. Mild redness and swelling are possible and subside within 48 hours. The effects appear after a few days and build up with the second and third treatments — the skin becomes smoother, denser and more hydrated.
How many treatments are needed?
Usually 2 treatments at an interval of 1 month, followed by maintenance therapy every 6–12 months. The exact protocol depends on age, skin condition and the chosen product.
