What are nasolabial folds?

Nasolabial folds are the lines connecting the nose to the corners of the mouth. Over time, under the influence of gravity, collagen loss, and a reduction in subcutaneous fat, they deepen and become more visible, giving the face a more tired and aged appearance.

How do fillers correct this area?

Hyaluronic fillers restore volume in the folds and hydrate the skin from within. They also support the skin's natural collagen production, which over time improves skin density and elasticity. The treatment is quick and non-invasive, with results visible immediately and lasting a minimum of 12 to 18 months.

What should I expect during the treatment?

The filler is placed with a fine needle or cannula to minimize discomfort. We use a local anesthetic, and most fillers contain lidocaine for added comfort. After the treatment, mild redness, swelling, or minor bruising may occur, resolving within a few days.

Combining with other treatments

For a more harmonious result, nasolabial fold filler is often combined with cheek, marionette line, or lip treatments. This achieves a balanced restoration of volume and a more youthful overall appearance.

Is the treatment right for you?

It is suitable for anyone with visible lines and deeper folds in this area. It is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or in the presence of active skin infections or allergy to the filler ingredients.
