Polynucleotides
Fragments of DNA that "awaken" the skin's fibroblasts and stimulate the natural restoration of its density.
What are polynucleotides?
Polynucleotides are long chains of nucleotides — the building blocks of DNA — obtained by purifying DNA from salmon or trout. They are biocompatible molecules with a biostimulating action: placed in the dermis, they activate fibroblasts to produce collagen and elastin, while also acting as an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. In this way they support tissue regeneration and restore the skin from within in a natural way.
What are the effects?
An improvement in texture and elasticity is noticeable after the very first treatment. Over time the skin becomes denser and firmer, fine lines are smoothed, the complexion evens out and rejuvenation is visible — which is why polynucleotides are an excellent natural alternative to fillers or a complement to other therapies.
Which products do we use?
We work with several leading brands and select the most suitable one according to the condition of your skin.
Nucleofill is available in Light, Medium and Strong variants — for personalised treatment of photoageing, laxity, loss of density and hair loss.
Rejuran is among the most popular polynucleotide ranges, including Rejuran Healer — for overall rejuvenation and regeneration of the face, Rejuran i — created specifically for the delicate under-eye area, in which polynucleotides are combined with hyaluronic acid for additional elasticity, and Rejuran S — which treats acne scars.
Pluryal offers several formulas depending on the need:
- Pluryal Silk — for the under-eye area, fine lines, the perioral area, neck and delicate skin.
- Pluryal Densify (polynucleotides with hyaluronic acid) — for the whole face, neck, décolletage, hands and general skin renewal.
- Pluryal Hair Density — for androgenetic alopecia, diffuse hair loss and after hair transplantation.
Which areas is it suitable for?
- The whole face
- Under-eye area — upper and lower eyelid, dark circles, fine lines
- Neck and décolletage
- Hands
- Scalp — for thinning hair and hair loss
How many treatments are needed?
A course of 3 treatments at intervals of 3–4 weeks is recommended. The effect lasts between 6 and 9 months, with periodic maintenance prolonging the result. The procedure is minimally invasive — mild redness, swelling or bruising at the injection sites is possible and resolves within 1–2 days.
When it is not suitable
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Active infection or inflammation in the area
- Allergy to the ingredients (including to fish)
- Autoimmune conditions
