Hand Fillers
Hand revitalisation with fillers, skin boosters and Sculptra — restoring volume, hydration and collagen for a younger, fresher look.
Why do hands reveal age?
The skin of the hands is among the first areas to show signs of ageing. Over time, hands lose volume, elasticity and hydration — fine lines appear, tendons and veins become more visible, and the texture becomes uneven and dry. Rejuvenation with dermal fillers, skin boosters and collagen-stimulating therapies such as Sculptra are preferred non-surgical treatments with proven results.
Hand ageing involves loss of subcutaneous fat, reduced collagen and elastin production, and photodamage. Restoring volume and stimulating collagen improve the appearance of the hands.
Hyaluronic fillers — volume and smoothness
Hyaluronic fillers are among the most effective products for restoring volume and improving texture. Hyaluronic acid retains water and keeps the skin hydrated and elastic. Specialised fillers such as Restylane Lyft restore subcutaneous volume and soften visible veins and tendons on the back of the hands, for a long-lasting, natural result.
The filler is placed with a cannula, which reduces the risk of bruising and adverse reactions. The effect lasts a minimum of 12 to 18 months, and maintenance treatments prolong it.
Skin boosters — deep hydration
Skin boosters are administered via micro-injections of low-concentration hyaluronic acid. They improve hydration, elasticity and texture without significantly changing volume. They are particularly suitable for thin, dry skin prone to fine lines — stimulating regenerative processes for a fresher appearance.
Sculptra — collagen-stimulating therapy
Sculptra® contains poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), which does not fill directly but stimulates the production of the body's own collagen. It is administered as a series of 3 to 5 sessions, which gradually improve skin density and structure, for a natural, long-lasting effect of up to 2 years and beyond. Massage after the treatment is important to prevent nodules.
How does the treatment work?
Before the treatment we carry out a consultation and assessment of the condition of the hands. Injections are performed under local anaesthesia, and the cannula ensures a gentler, more comfortable application. Mild swelling, bruising or redness may occur, resolving within a few days. You typically return to your daily routine immediately; maintenance sessions are recommended for maximum effect.
When it is not suitable
