These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between "Dr Narin Adem Dermatology – Individual Practice for Specialised Medical Care" EOOD, UIC 208258727, with registered seat and management address: Sofia (1220), Nadezhda district, Nadezhda II housing estate, bl. 263, entrance D, floor 5, ap. 116 (the "Merchant", "we") and the users of the site drnarinadem.com ("you") when using the site and when purchasing prepaid treatments, packages and gift vouchers online.
1. Merchant details

Patient services are carried out at the clinic located at 1E General Kiril Botev Str., entrance V, Sofia.

2. Subject
Through the site you can learn about the aesthetic and dermatological treatments offered and purchase a prepaid treatment, a package of treatments or a gift voucher online. An online purchase constitutes advance payment for the selected service, while the treatment itself is carried out at the clinic once an appointment has been booked.
3. Order and payment
- You select a product or service and complete the order by providing your details (name, address, email; for companies — company name and UIC).
- Payment is made by bank transfer to the company’s account — Account holder: "Dr Narin Adem Dermatology – Individual Practice for Specialised Medical Care" EOOD, IBAN: BG24UBBS80021076388650 (UBB). Please quote the order number as the payment reference. We do not accept card or cash payment through the site.
- Once payment has been received, we send you by email the relevant document — a sales receipt (for products) or a voucher (for treatments and packages), and for companies also an invoice — confirming the purchase.
- The contract is deemed concluded from the moment you receive our confirmation.
4. Booking and use
- After the purchase, you contact us on +359 888 713 136 (or we contact you) to book a convenient appointment.
- Each prepaid single treatment is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase, and packages of 3 or more treatments — for 6 months, unless a different period is stated for the relevant product. Gift vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
- The prepaid service may also be used by another person (as a gift), subject to prior notice.
- A treatment is carried out only after a medical examination. If the examination reveals a contraindication that makes the treatment unsuitable for you, we refund the amount paid in full or, at your choice, replace it with another suitable treatment.
- Treatments not used within their validity period are not refundable after it expires, except in the cases under the preceding point or under section 5.
5. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, pursuant to Art. 50 of the Consumer Protection Act. The detailed conditions and exceptions are described in the Refund and Returns Policy.
6. Prices and promotions
Prices are in euro and are valid at the time of purchase. Promotional packages are valid until the date stated for them. The exact price of a treatment purchased on site may vary depending on the quantity and brand of the product used — this does not affect services already prepaid online.
7. Medical information
The content of the site is informative in nature and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or a treatment recommendation. The decision to perform a treatment is taken after an individual examination and consultation with a physician.
8. Complaints and disputes
Complaints may be submitted at info@drnarinadem.com. If we do not reach a resolution, you may contact the Commission for Consumer Protection (Sofia 1000, 4A Slaveykov Sq., kzp.bg) or the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Miscellaneous
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions, with changes not affecting purchases already made. For matters not settled herein, the applicable Bulgarian legislation shall apply.
